Navratana Rhizobium

Bio fertilizer Rhizobium spp live in association with the roots of leguminous plants in the form of root nodules and fixes atmospheric nitrogen.

Benefits:

 • The effective strains used in Rhizobium which fix atmospheric nitrogen and make it available for plants.

• Within one year 50 to 120 kg nitrogen is fixed per hectare. 20-25% reduction in use of Nitrogenous chemical fertilizers is possible.

• Increase the yield up to 10-35%.

Method of Application: Seed Treatment - Mix 500 gm Rhizobium in sufficient quantity of water with 50 gm jaggery / sticker, so as to make thick slurry. Mix this slurry with seeds required for 1 acre area, dry seeds in shade & sow immediately

Recommended crops: Rhizobium is available for each crop viz; Chick pea, Pea, Ground nut, Soybean, Green gram, Black Gram, Cow pea, Pigeon pea, Guar. Rhizobium is available in lignite base carrier formulations and liquid formulation.
